I went shopping, stop to eat sushi had great service from beata always very friendly she was rushing no one else on the shop floor but still everything was perfect and loved this green Wednesday deal

Lovely food. Really helpful staff. Only issue (its not even an issue) is that as first timers to YO! We really wanted to see our food come on the conveyor belt to our table. It got handed to us every time. Other than that it was great! (Other people's food was sent the normal way - I think it's just because that sat us right next to the kitchen area)

Brought my little family here, for a bit of a treat... Well, a treat for me really.
We all loved all the dishes, and found some new favourites too. The flavours were good and balanced, strong where they needed to be.
The atmosphere is not great here - as you'd expect from being in the heart of a massive shipping centre.
While the staff were all working hard to keep the restaurant running and people fed, there was no 'service' as such. Communication between staff appeared poor. No one checked on us at our table. We weren't offered top-ups of the free refill items. I had to leave our table on a number or occasions to seek help, cutlery, the bill...
As a result, when the service charge was added to my bill, without checking with me about the quality of service received, I felt aggrieved. It slightly soured an otherwise great visit.
So. Either lower your expectations or speak up about the quality of service here, and I'm sure you'll have a fabulous visit. (Perhaps that will support the recruitment of more staff/better training/pay, whatever the issue may be...)

We decided for an afternoon meal at YO!Bluewater. I personally enjoyed my food, but my husband thought it wasn't enough on the plates. My son also enjoyed it and couldn't get enough of it.
First but definitely not the last time coming to yo sushi at bluewater. Great service from stuff even when is extremely busy Saturday lunch and delicious Korean fried chicken . Will be back soon.
Plenty of food going round and it all looked amazing. Ordered some other food as well as the self service and it was all very tasty. Service was great, particularly for a weekend lunchtime.
Lovely food, lovely staff, very convenient location and my toddler loves their edamame and vegetable rice so a win with us on many fronts.
Kids decided they wanted to go here for lunch yesterday and they thoroughly enjoyed the food and experience. Our first time at a Yo! but would definitely come back to this one again. Food was delicious and staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Really nice and calm environment. Renata was our server and she had great energy. Very cheery. Food is always great I find.
Good food, staff is okay, the company shouldn't rely too much on technology just to order food.
