Food is great as usual, can't go wrong with sesame chicken strips, service was also very good today, Hannah and James were great hosts.
Highly recommended to visit.. only advice is book a day or two in advance as it's not easy to get a place understandably.
A good place to share a weekend with the family. The food was delicious, the drinks excellent. The service was excellent. Miss Sophie S, took great care of us, she was always attentive to what we needed and she always gave us time to think about the menu. The whole team overall looks great from check in to check out. We will definitely return.
I love their full stack ribs and sweet potato fries, it's a hit! I also love their service as well! It's top notch! I love everything about TGI Fridays!
Overall the food was pretty nice. We got the big sharing starter cost about £18 for what we paid we were expecting abit more. Then we got our main meals, the big burger I got was abit over cooked for my likings and from what I could taste didn't have any sauce in so was extremely dry! Took over an hour to receive our food but it was a Saturday afternoon so understand the delay.
Would go again but would choose something else next time
We came here as a family for my daughter’s birthday. We were served by a lovely lady called Sophie. She gave great service, from the smile on her face to making sure we were comfortable. The food was fine but her service and gentle and caring approach towards us and our children made our dinner out a positive experience with TGI’s.

What a delight to spend time with kids here
Food is amazing and Trina (Katrina) served us, she suggested drink and main for me and it was fantastic. Kids loved their meals and desserts. It is so relaxing to spend time. I am sure other staff are as good but I do think Trina was amazing in keeping the kids entertained, she started with physics lesson on making figure balloons. We would love to spend more time here.
Excellent experience at a busy lunchtime session at half-term (27.10.23) Front of house was very organised and the woman clearly knew her job. We were served by Gareth, personable and efficient.
Food was delicious and very good value. We enjoyed very tasty burgers and chips. All the team members were working hard, tables were quickly cleared and ready for customers. Definitely would go again ! Better experience than my visit to Stratford TGI!
Needed somewhere for a bite to eat, so we popped into Bluewater. TGI's is a brilliant place for quick food. The staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful and always smiling.
Couldn't fault anything about the place. Go there, have some grub,I could have the Jack Daniels sauce over everything lol.
Popped in for early lunch and was seated quickly. Order taken and drinks arrived quickly, and were topped up quickly and often. Can't fault the attentive service. Food was good: fresh veg with the fajitas was lovely and the wings were huge and tasty. Bill was reasonable too.
Thank you to our waiter Martin for looking after us! At first we ordered lemonades but I don’t know if it was just us or the syrup ran out but it wasn’t for us. He happily grabbed us cokes instead and still had a big smile on his face. He was happy and cheery the whole time and made our visit worthwhile. Thanks Martin!
