THE best toilets and showers we have ever seen and used on any site! Large, spacious, open pitches with hardstanding or grass. Electric and water at pitch. Old style park up, have to go in forwards if a foreign motorhome with hab door to right of pitch, no negotiation - no two pegs, park between however you wish. On site restaurant, ring order through and go and pick up, eat in or take back to pitch. Gate pass given to exit back of site through dog walk to village of Greetham or to head to Rutland Water on bikes (about 5mls). Paid £34 one night October.

Booked adults only pitch. Arrived a little early and the staff were happy to allow us onto the pitch. Pitches need a tidying up but otherwise fine. Facilities block had dog wash,laundry room and pot washing. Shower block had underfloor heating and were kept very clean by the staff. The shower cubicles were in need of some coat hangers and either a shower curtain or the dividing wall extending about 30cm to prevent your clothes from getting wet from the overseas. Overall a great site in a peaceful location with very helpful friendly staff

We have just spent a very enjoyable week at Rutland Caravan and camping and have thoroughly enjoyed it.
The facilities were very clean on the family side albeit a little dated, whereas the facilities on the adult side are wonderful and spotless.
The pool was a wonderful addition and great value for private hire.
All the wardens were friendly and helpful smiling whenever we saw them.
A special mention has to go to Andy and the staff in the Rutland kitchen the food was really great and well priced. Freshly cooked and always on time.
We will definitely be returning

Our family stayed in two of the lodges for a week in mid july and it was a fantastic venue and location. The lodges are excellent and the fact each one has their own private garden and hot tub is a real bonus. The campsite facilities (cafe, swimming pool) are really good. We will definitely return.

OMG possibly the best C&C site we have been too. We only stayed a few days as a stop over but we will defo be back for longer. Facilities are clean and modern, washing machine and tumble dryer very good price. Grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. We like the way it is split in 2 halves for adult only or families. Staff super helpful and friendly there is a cafe on site which you have to use as food is awesome and very reasonably priced. They even have a swimming pool (booking is required at an extra cost) Great dog walk, will defo be going back for longer.

very nice man showed us in (sorry i forgot his name) showed us around the very big cabin (beech), a little welcome gift left for us, i wont spoil what it was,, saunas bench broke when i first sat down but was fixed the next day so no issues. Overall was very nice, shower nice and big,sauna was lovely,bath tube nice and big and the hot tub was very used (went in maybe twice a day some days) thank you very much

Lovely site. Friendly and helpful. Has a little shop, a lovely food/restuaurant/cafe. You can't buy alcohol but you can get ake your own for a corkage fee. Very clean. Play area was fab and is central which is a huge plus. Quiet and peaceful. Dog walk close by and a nice size. Walking distance to village with pubs. Oh and also has swimming pool but we didn't manage to get a spot. Would definitely go back.

Lovely welcome from reception, very informative.Very flat so easy to put caravans on , lots of space , everyone so nice. Nice new block of showers etc best ones I've been in. Very clean. Good cafe there had a lasagne really tasty lady serving us was great . Would recommend a visit gorgeous area, lovely towns and villages ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Easy to get too off the A1. lovely villages along the route to Oakham...will definitely go back as the area is lovely. Not keen on the site food though. Pizza was awful and Garlic bread burnt thought it was convenient as take out... not worth the money paid, but you live and take notes. Nice village pub and park in Greetham. Lots of places to visit. Will be returning very soon ..

We stayed in a campervan for 2 nights, great location and walking distance into Greetham. The ladies showers and toilets were very clean and warm, heated floor was amazing. Dog shower was handy but very difficult to switch off. The site itself is very well looked after had a lively relaxing weekend
