Love this place. Coming everyday. Pool, jacuzzi, steam, and sauna are brilliant.

Four of us went on a Saturday 8am till 4 30pm.
Really enjoyed the spa and treatments.
The therapist is very chatty and friendly.
We all had a back massage and a facial.
The Hideaway area is perfect to relax in and wear the robes provided.
Comfortable eggs chairs and loungers with cushions and blankets.
Slippers are an extra cost.
Coffee and tea were available complementary in the Hideaway.
It would be nice to have some water and herble tea in there also.
Pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were all available to use. Some broken / absent tiles need repair on the seats in the steam rooms.
Free lockers using a token from reception desk.
Showers are hot and clean.
Large gym with modern equipment.
Also gym classes were available for us to join.
Cafe area is nice - it would be nice to have some healthy options to choose from instead of burgers and chips.
A gluten free menu and a breakfast menu would of been ideal for us.
Or even an afternoon tea which we could of eaten in the Hideaway.
Shame the cafe closed at 2.30pm.
The spa & gym closed at 4.30pm.

Booked a spa day here for my friends 30th and it was a very amazing experience. The ladies in the spa was very welcoming and did a fab job. And the hideout area was just dreamy I could sit there all day. My friend loved it! & also the blonde lady at reception was lovely to. Thank you soo much. We will be back👌👌

I am a member. lovely staff and aqipment up to date pool and jacuzzi sauna and steam room excellent
The only problem is that the ladies' changing rooms are upstairs, and we have to walk down a cold flight of wet stairs to use the pool aria
There are no disabled facilities

The Gym is very well equipped.
Sauna and pool are great, but what's most important for me is that the staff is always helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Tracy the manager for helping me out on multiple occasions and providing superb customer service :)

I was booked in for a massage with Amber, receptionist was helpful in where I needed to go as I'd never been before. Amber was absolutely lovely lady who made me feel completely relaxed and the massage was amazing. Amber is a credit to her profession, so much so I've booked in again. Thank you

Over the last few years, every time we visit the area we join Oasis for the month we are here. Very reasonable fee to be able to use all facilities. Their pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi are all together in one part of the building, very clean facilities and have been an absolute necessity with the terribly cold weather. So relaxing. Go in the morning, easy to get a swimming lane to do uninterrupted laps. Plentiful parking right outside and excellent cafe within with wonderful smoothies, shakes, breakfast menu and fantastic customer service from staff. Other members very helpful and social making me feel completely comfortable visiting solo or with partner.

Oasis are very protective of thier members, and provide a safe environment, really love the sauna and the Cafe in there do healthy options
