Four of us went on a Saturday 8am till 4 30pm.
Really enjoyed the spa and treatments.
The therapist is very chatty and friendly.
We all had a back massage and a facial.
The Hideaway area is perfect to relax in and wear the robes provided.
Comfortable eggs chairs and loungers with cushions and blankets.
Slippers are an extra cost.
Coffee and tea were available complementary in the Hideaway.
It would be nice to have some water and herble tea in there also.
Pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were all available to use. Some broken / absent tiles need repair on the seats in the steam rooms.
Free lockers using a token from reception desk.
Showers are hot and clean.
Large gym with modern equipment.
Also gym classes were available for us to join.
Cafe area is nice - it would be nice to have some healthy options to choose from instead of burgers and chips.
A gluten free menu and a breakfast menu would of been ideal for us.
Or even an afternoon tea which we could of eaten in the Hideaway.
Shame the cafe closed at 2.30pm.
The spa & gym closed at 4.30pm.
Love this place. Coming everyday. Pool, jacuzzi, steam, and sauna are brilliant.
Booked a spa day here for my friends 30th and it was a very amazing experience. The ladies in the spa was very welcoming and did a fab job. And the hideout area was just dreamy I could sit there all day. My friend loved it! & also the blonde lady at reception was lovely to. Thank you soo much. We will be back👌👌
Over the last few years, every time we visit the area we join Oasis for the month we are here. Very reasonable fee to be able to use all facilities. Their pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi are all together in one part of the building, very clean facilities and have been an absolute necessity with the terribly cold weather. So relaxing. Go in the morning, easy to get a swimming lane to do uninterrupted laps. Plentiful parking right outside and excellent cafe within with wonderful smoothies, shakes, breakfast menu and fantastic customer service from staff. Other members very helpful and social making me feel completely comfortable visiting solo or with partner.
The Gym is very well equipped.
Sauna and pool are great, but what's most important for me is that the staff is always helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Tracy the manager for helping me out on multiple occasions and providing superb customer service :)
I was booked in for a massage with Amber, receptionist was helpful in where I needed to go as I'd never been before. Amber was absolutely lovely lady who made me feel completely relaxed and the massage was amazing. Amber is a credit to her profession, so much so I've booked in again. Thank you
Voucher deal 1 day visit, very friendly staff, especially Amber who did my massage! Great pool, good temperature - private lane to myself!! Sadly Jacuzzi not working properly but really enjoyed my day. Relaxation room was a highlight 😀👍

I am a member. lovely staff and aqipment up to date pool and jacuzzi sauna and steam room excellent
The only problem is that the ladies' changing rooms are upstairs, and we have to walk down a cold flight of wet stairs to use the pool aria
There are no disabled facilities
Cafe lovely and staff lovely, only disappointment was the steam room not working and lots of stairs! No lift available.
Given my life changing health issue 7 years ago. The team at the gym have provided support and encouragement.
Can't thank them enough when they surpassed themselves again a big THANK YOU.

I'm a new member and had a great experience so far. It's really nice to have all of the facilities including the gym, a lovely pool, steam room, single sex saunas and classes available all under one roof, Not to mention the independent businesses (hair and beauty etc) and the cafe. Friendly atmosphere and great staff to greet you on reception. I've not had to have much interaction with the gym staff but my induction was fun and easy to understand and you use an app to track your sessions.
Good changing facilities. Relatively new showers and clean cubicles by the looks of it. Plenty of free-to-use hairdryers.
I generally visit at quieter times so both the car park and the facilities are never too busy and even as an awkward user of equipment etc I don't feel awkward around other users. I think everyone seems to just get on with their business. I haven't interacted with other users but Im sure if I needed to ask anything, anyone would help.
I am currently on a student membership which is really competitively priced for a gym with all of the facilities that it has and allows me to be able to join whilst not being particularly affluent!
Good array of equipment. Very friendly staff, always keen to help. Pool is lovely but the only downside is the men who just come to sit in the jacuzzi and watch the women in the pool, uncomfortable. An upgrade of changing rooms is planned and they are ready for it but still enjoy my time there.
Absolutely love it. Staff is very helpful and friendly, Vibe is great, clean changing rooms and showers, plenty/versatile things to do.
Oasis are very protective of thier members, and provide a safe environment, really love the sauna and the Cafe in there do healthy options
With a membership to this gym, you can use all gym equipment, pool, sauna and steam room! All classes are free although they do require booking beforehand.. Also, I enjoy taking my Son for free family swim which is on for an hour a day and isn’t usually too busy! Great gym and totally worth the money!!
I've been a member of Oasis for the past 3yrs, In my opinion its the best Gym in the area, great facilities, loads of classes & a lovely pool. I have to completely disagree with the other reviewer, its not full of posers at all! The other gym members are a friendly bunch and are there to do whatever they need to do, be that lose weight, get fit or just stay in shape! The staff are always on hand for help & advise if needed. May I also add that it doesn't smell at all! Its in a central location, very handy. I would highly reccommend this gym!
Such a well equipped place. Staff are excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable. If you're thinking of joining then do so. For someone who's never been in a gym before I'm loving it!
