Amazing tea and coffee lovely lady service great prices for tea and coffee plenty of milk sugar but she forgot to give us a stirer. Lovely snacks and drinks although a little bit on expensive side but the service is quick effective and fast. Great customer service
Poor customer service and if the male member of staff serving this lunchtime had been more aware of me than a female colleague he would have possibly managed to get my order correct. I asked for a steak bake and a chicken bake and now I find I have two chicken bakes it separate bags .......... Disappointed!
It pains me to give it one star to be honest. They say the young generation are rude. It seems the older staff in Greggs are ruder. I am that appalled by the treatment of customers that I am emailing head office. Their lucky their. in work.
