Service was prompt, polite, and reasonably fast. The garlic cheese bread starter was good, chicken pesto penne main was good 7 or 8 out of 10, and the cinnamon waffle dessert was really good. We spent about £50 for a starter, two mains, dessert, and two gin & tonics.
Linguine gamberoni - the sauce got all over my white shirt due to me eating it so fast! Delish! I also love their green initiative. I'm all about sustainability. Great service, good drinks - I'd definitely come back!
Absolutely fantastic. I can't express in words, how well we were treated. The food, majestic. Very very good. Fish and pasta, the coherence with the sauce is oustanding. Very recommendable!
A great family-run restaurant serving absolutely gorgeous food and at very affordable prices. The staff is so lovely and management is super friendly – co-owner Hannah is awesome. Everyone made us feel so welcome. Loved the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant too. Every photo on the wall has a great story behind it. I had such a great experience. I wish I lived locally; this would definitely be a regular for me. Looking forward to my next visit. London needs one!
Loved eating here when they were in Cornwall. Now they are in Guildford. Different location, same great service and food.
Lovely to find an independent restaurant instead of a chain. Enjoyed a really delicious lunch and dessert, with a very authentic “home made” taste, as opposed to the sometimes bland and unimaginative fare at other places. The ice cream was amazing! Great service, and we had fun identifying all the film stars in the black and white photos on the walls! Highly recommended.
Beautiful meal with the family. We came in without a reservation and the staff made us very welcome and got us a table immediately, even though they looked fully booked. Food is delicious and atmosphere is really good also. Will definately be back to eat here!! :)

We've just enjoyed Father's Day lunch for five of us at Zucchini. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the fresh Hake. We loved the range of dishes on offer and the restaurant has a really friendly buzz to it. Our courses were not at all rushed - in fact it was a delight to have time to relax and chat without being hurried through. I heartily recommend this place and we will certainly be going again.
Fabulous food. All fresh cooked. Owner told us crab and hake had been fresh from Cornwall overnight. It certainly tasted very fresh and flavoursome. Staff were lovely. Good coffee. Even local Hogsback bottled beer (TEA).

Quite frankly one of the best Italian meals I've ever had (and I've had many!) The co-owner Hannah was a delight to speak to and really made us feel welcome for a much-needed lazy lunch. This place is an absolute find. The food is next level. Can’t praise this place enough! If you haven’t been yet then you are missing out on an absolute gem of an independent family run Italian restaurant.
With hearty portions and exquisite flavours, it's no surprise that Zucchini is quickly becoming the go-to Italian in Guildford. The seafood linguine was fantastic, with generous portions of fresh prawns, clams and mussels. The pizza was cooked perfectly, with a delicious crispy crust and great balance of sauce and mozzarella. We finished with a delightful homemade tiramisu that was light, fluffy and satisfying.
I would recommend it, without a doubt, I honestly believe it is a hidden gem and I will come back for sure!
