Came for the curry evening with all of my family and loved it. It’s £12 for a curry, rice or naan and a drink (soft drink, wine or beer). Exceptional value for Guildford. The food was amazing with very generous portions, drinks were on point and service was friendly. Good atmosphere with several football matches being televised on the big screens. Clearly a favourite with the locals and the uni crowd which is great - everyone was happily mingling with each other. It’s great to see a local pub doing so well on a Tuesday night! Will definitely be back.
Amazing pub, been coming weekly for the Currey night Tuesdays and F1/Rugby for a few years now and will keep coming back. Amazing music always playing and great service. Definitely a gem of Guildford
Friendly pub, well run by the Mark. The Indian cuisine served by the Anaj is fantastic.
The naan bread and the sauces were so good..the lady serving us was super sweet. I love the proximity to campus and you get the feel of a pub without having to go into town. Good for laid back nights or a quick bite of authentic Indian food.
Good pub for watching football matches and Indian foods value for money

Nice pub for a drink but expensive. Staff always lovely and friendly. Sports always running on multiple TVs. Nice outdoor heated area with a TV too. Pool table and dart board. Indian place inside always serves nice food in my opinion. Only gripe is some things are expensive…..large lemonade and lime was £4.40. There’s no way. These prices need a review as designated drivers/non drinkers shouldn’t be penalised for being so. Also quiz night is LOUD, the announcer guy gets on the mic and shouts down it for some reason lol.
It was a good experience, most drinks are reasonably priced for Guildford. The curry and drink deal on Tuesdays is okay - it states £10 outside but it is now £12. The drink is also limited in this offer which is a shame
Nice and cozy pub. A good place for football lovers and beer enthusiasts. The Indian restaurant inside is maybe not so authentic but again that's my opinion. All in all, a nice hangout spot.
