Not only The staff here are super friendly and cheerful. The food are fantastic and the set lunch menu is only £12.4 for two courses. I told the waitress it’s my friend’s birthday two days ago, and they gave us a surprise with an ice cream with candle, they are so lovely!! We definitely will come back again and highly recommended coming here for any celebration or special occasions.

This place is always 10/10 everytime I’ve visited. The authentic Italian food is amazing, delicious every time no matter what is chosen on the menu. I had the swordfish this time and it was one of the best dishes I have ever tasted. Very good for the money. Service is never without a smile, attentive and accommodating which adds to the lovely, romantic, intimate atmosphere. Will always return!

A lovely, family-run restaurant where you feel like you're being looked after and your visit is appreciated. Excellent service along with a wide variety of delicious dishes make this place a perfect choice for a great evening out. The staff do not hesitate to offer recommendation, which helps you order if you're undecided. I will definitely come back! 🙂

I booked Positano for our anniversary meal yesterday and it was everything I wanted it to be! The atmosphere is so romantic and just beautiful. The service was incredible, the food was outstanding and the music made us feel like we were sat in Italy! I would recommend this place to anyone. Our new favourite!

We ordered spaghetti carbonara and penne Calabrese, and both dishes were delicious. The prices were still fair, and the lunch menu for 2 courses for £12.50 is a good deal. The restaurant is located in a historic building in the center of Guildford. The interior is elegant, with dark wood paneling, original beams, and banquette seating. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is attentive and friendly. Overall, I had a great experience at Positano Italien. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was charming. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Italian meal in Guildford.
