Just got into guildford by train and popped into Turtle Bay for a few drinks before visiting my brother. I've been here before and loved it and the service has been good but today the service I had from Ellie and mercy was exceptional. Way above and beyond expectation. They were open and friendly and got me chatting nonsense (which I really enjoyed.) Which is unusual as I'm normally really shy. I had a lot of fun and really enjoyed my visit. I will definitely be back again x

Lunch was absolutely gorgeous! We come semi regularly and have never been dissapointed. Delicious food, lovely atmosphere and as always wonderful staff. Big thank you to the chefs and Simona, a lovely lady and a great member of the service team. Look forward to coming back soon!

My first time visiting at the Guildford. Loved the burger & prawns. They veryy delicious, fries were a little salty yet crispy, the ribs felt microwaved and calamari too oily sadly. Really yummy drinks. Our server Kyle was very friendly.

We have just a lovely evening at turtle bay and our bartender was Harrison. Service and attention to detail when the whole place was so busy was a credit to the whole team, but especially to Harrison. We tried cocktails we would never have picked all down to his advice.
