Really friendly staff always warm and welcoming. Small, so has less food and merch choice than most Starbucks, but drinks are always well made.

Nearly closing time but the staff couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. Would highly recommend for service and ambiance.

Yup, it is a Starbucks...but, it is a nice one. there are often students or workers just chilling with a laptop- toilet wasn't THAT clean when i went, but, might have been a one off. Staff were lovely and friendly and tables were well set out. good little suntrap too.

Very friendly staff, had a laugh and were overall what you wanted from a Starbucks. Toilet lacked the overall cleanliness that one would want from a chain as large as Starbucks but overall pretty good. Ice shaken oat espresso (definitely not the name but close enough!) was great as per usual! Definitely going again!

The guys here made my parakeet the bird version of a pup cup, very sweet, good customer service. Kermit likes his seeds! Excuse his mess!
Update: Starbucks app said they were open at 7am and let me order enroute, I turned up a couple of minutes later and all the lights were off and the hours on the door said they actually open at 8am not 7. Luckily the Starbucks at White Lion Walk were open and willing to honour my order.

Very friendly staff, being a non coffee drinker I normally have tea and they have a lovely tea selection. Music was nice and the distance of the tables and chairs are well positioned.

I very much enjoyed my visit to this Starbucks when I was visiting Guildford. They had the new Gluten Free Panini's which was exciting and it was very delicious. Unfortunately they were out of Peach Iced Tea which was a shame but overall worked well for a quick easy lunch.
