We had a really nice lunch at B12! The staff were really welcoming and friendly right from the beginning, and the interior was cosy and comfortable.
A couple of us had the fish and chips, I had chorizo hash, another had the pie, and the eggs Benedict. All our food was greatly enjoyed, it tasted amazing! It did take a little while to come out but we were a party of 6 and the food tasted great so it was worth the wait. The only issue I had with mine was that the potatoes just tasted a bit old, not entirely fresh. Everyone else had no complaints about their dish.

Went to a family members 80th Suprise Birthday bash. It was a fab place. Lovely staff. Fantastic food and drink. Loads of room but could do with a lift as most of our guests were elderly and stairs are an issue. But it did not spoil the event. Everyone enjoyed themselves

We had a great evening at B12, all the staff were very attentive. The food was the winner, lamb chops were cooked perfectly, and the prawn linguine was delicious. To finish we had cocktails from the friendly bar staff, again nothing but perfection. We had a wonderful evening.

Absolutely fantastic 👏 thank-you so much to all who made my friends birthday 🎂 we had a lovely time with beautiful food and drink ( highly recommend the pina colander)I had the hake ( highly recommended) ,the whole team went out of their way to make this a wholey enjoyable experience which it was.

Celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary there. Lovely from start to finish. Service and food first class, Live music from Tom Walker and Christabel which was fantastic. We had a chilled evening and will definitely be coming back. Thanks again.

Relaxed vibe, plenty of drinks to choose from including cocktails, draft beers and selection of wines. Great staff in there as well. Best bar/pub in Hailsham. Plus the food is great too
