Wonderful barristas - always cheerful and friendly - they know their regular customers and orders so well.

Great staff, working efficiently to get things done speedily. The new Rolo hot chocolate is possibly the best special yet, it's up there with the Toblerone one. The cheese and ham toastie was up to standard too.
When in for a cappuccino when passing with the pram at 5:45pm didn’t even bother helping with the door.
Staff seems disinterested and unpleasant and coffee tastes burned this is why I would rather support local coffee shops than a high street chain
The reason I like this Costa is that, as it's always busy, they have extra staff and baristas to serve you quickly. I just use it for coffee, which is always served really hot. The staff are also cheerful and friendly.

Just went in for a gingerbread latte after getting stuck in traffic for an hour staff were polite and cheerful. After a nice relax I carried on with my journey 😌 …
Kudos to the staff who were INCREDIBLY busy, but managed to get everybody served quickly! I had the ruby hot chocolate and it was delicious.
