I’ve eaten here about 6 times. Different times and days and always been very satisfied. Great food and service. Restaurant standards at slightly above pub prices. 10% optional service charge added to the bill. I’d doubt if anyone asked for it to be removed. When it’s this good I’m happy to pay.

Nice that Riva is dog friendly. I have eaten there before but the Sunday lunch wasn't as good as last time. It was very busy, very noisy and service was slow, the standard of food wasn't at its best. Not ready to rush back.

Great to see this place back open. Visited today for dinner and drinks. First time dining, usually just visit for drinks but thought we would get dinner to support this amazing local place. We was not disappointed at all. We had all three courses, which were amazing with great service. We will definitely be back!

We booked in for lunch Friday afternoon, been here a few times.
The food was gorgeous, and the owners who were serving are just natural lovely people. A great experience.

Called in on a Sunday as the restaurant we had booked fir my
partner.s birthday was closed and their website was still taking bookings!
Riva fitted us in even though they were full and they had a large party of guests.
Excellent service . Best Sunday lunch we have had for years obviously a chef who knows about food.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Highly recommended we will return!

We haven't had a fantastic Sunday lunch like that for years, a beautiful roast for two to share. Big shout to chef and the lovely staff, looking forward to visiting again.
