Small old fashioned tea room but don't let that put you off its very clean and tidy with a toilet 🚽 facility and the cake selection and deserts are amazing. Friendly staff and very polite has a lovely warm and cosy feel to it.

We had voucher bought for my partners 70th birthday we reluctantly went thinking it always looked too " Twee" when we passed .. how wrong can one be ! There certainly is nothing twèe about this place we decided to have the afternoon tea . Every thing was delicious we had a choice of sandwiches cut fresh ( no crusts) roast beef roast Ham fŕesh salmon ..cheese you name it they did it then we had home made scones with jam and cream plus home made cakes everything was superb especially the staff it was our 1st visit and they made us feel like long lost friends .. Daughter lauren booked myself and her nanna here for a Mothers Day afternoon tea treat ,very warm and friendly hosts,food plentyful,good choice of sandwiches and delicious homemade cakes,sconces and great pot of tea all served on lovely China crockery. Highly recommed this lovely tea room and will be returning again soon.

I took my Dad here to celebrate his birthday. The afternoon tea was fantastic with a wide choice of sandwiches and homemade cakes to choose from. When I booked I was asked if it was for a special occasion, on arrival they wished my Dad a Happy Birthday and even gave him a birthday card which was a lovely touch. Thank you we will be back.

It’s so lovely to be served food and drinks in pretty china instead of the thick crockery that most places use. The service here is just right The staff care. All fresh and homemade food for sensible prices. No music, so friends can chat without competing with it. Very friendly atmosphere. Will tell family and friends about it and visit again.

I went to Sheridan's tea room today with my 2 girls and I can only say WOW! The service was excellent! We were served delicious, fresh food and drinks and left to enjoy! We will definitely be going here again. A gem of a place, well worth the visit. I can't recommend enough. Very happy customers!

First time I've had an English afternoon tea and I must say that it was an excellent experience. The tea room is small but very quaint with a lovely atmosphere and extremely welcoming staff. The food is lovely and the prices won't break the bank. We'll definitely be returning for more

A little gem of a tea room, run by a lovely lady who makes a fantastic afternoon tea. For only £10 per person, you get a very tasty and filling assortment of cakes, sandwiches and sweets. You are welcome to take home all that you cannot finish.
