Simply one of the best restaurants around. I had one of the biggest and best T - bone steaks ever!! We save our visits for special occasions. The food is outstanding, the house wine fabulous and the service friendly and efficient. Please don't consider going as we're mean and want it for ourselves. O.K., if go if you must. What a lovely evening spent here! Home made enjoyable food in a traditional and informal environment with delightful staff and a really interesting and varied menu with gorgeous specials. The house red wine was gorgeous. Will definitely go back!

Long established local restaurant, excellent fresh, well prepared uncomplicated food. Highly reminiscent of being on holiday in a Mediterranean country! Loyal local following, friendly, helpful owners and staff. Reasonable prices, good wine selection. Would thoroughly recommend.

The menu hasn't changed in years, neither has the decor. We have been eating here for over 20 years and have never had a bad meal. Friendly staff, good choice of food, and best of all a nice atmosphere.
