Go here for lunch two or three times a week. Always friendly service. Happy to take an order by phone to have it ready when pop in so do not have to wait long. The burgers are great. The jacket potatoes too. Great varied choice and cheap price. Can not recommend it enough

Stumbled upon this delightful little cafe this morning. It is tucked away a little,but is all the more charming for that. Really fantastic “home cooked” breakfast, presented perfectly and with care. In all respects like eating at home. All this and a wonderful couple presiding over a sadly fast disappearing traditional old fashioned emporium. Come on folks, let’s support this little enterprise and make sure we keep places like this alive and thriving. Will certainly be back very soon - this time with my wife.

Brilliant food and the staff so friendly, they always make you feel welcome. My breakfast is always lovely, I go in regular and wouldn't change it. Cafe very clean and food top quality food. There very friendly to talk to and always happy to help with a lot of patience :)

Excellent and friendly service.The food is brilliant. Ian the cook is a happy chappy and Michelle is polite and friendly. Even the other Members of staff are friendly. £3.95 for a Full breakfast you can not go wrong.

Brilliant place to eat and such a lovley atmosphere. They may have changed hand but the food quality and amazing staff have remained with the added touch of friendly new owners. Well worth a try

Really nice sandwiches and breakfasts, not sure what else is on offer but the staff are friendly and welcoming even if we do disagree whether it is a barm, muffin or a teacake every time I come in to order a muffin. Generally a busy sandwich shop which should tell you everything you need to know. It wouldn't regularly be busy if it weren't any good. Would definitely recommend.

Great hidden place. Great quality sandwiches and makes good coffee and tea. Really friendly staff too.

The best sandwich shop in Halifax and he doesn't use cheap crappy bacon etc. Only downside from a customers point of view is that it's always busy so best to phone orders through... (as I'm about to now!) 😉
