Just had a pizza making birthday party for my son and 17 of his friends. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. They loved putting on the chefs hats and aprons!

Visited the Harlow branch with my mum on 19/06/2018 where we were delighted to see Katie, the waitress we've had on almost every visit over the years. We've not been here for 18 months (not through choice) & yet Katie remembered when our last visit was & the conversation we had shared. How attentive is that! We made our drinks order & then chose a selection of starters to share for a main meal. The food came promptly, was hot & delicious. The calamari is a firm favourite of my mum's while the crab & chilli balls are now mine. After our meal we both had coffees that finished off our visit perfectly. As always Katie showed such kindness to my mum, she is friendly & helpful beyond what is expected & makes our visit so much brighter. In both my opinion & my mums this is something that she most definitely deserves rewarding & praise for. As always we look forward to our next visit �
Great food, exceptional quality and fantastic service. There is some option for gluten free but the portions are decidedly smaller. There also isn't much choice of sides or desert. That being said, the waiter's and waitresses are all understanding and ensure that the chefs are well aware of the situation. I always love their goats cheese pizza and the full English. The lady who served us, very lovely, told me my options as gluten free and helped me make the necessary substitutions.
My friend ordered the smashed avocado (see picture) she said it was definitely her favourite thing and would certainly order this again. If you're an avocado fan, it's a must try!!
There's such a nice vibe here during the day. Milos is very friendly. Endless coffee refills for free. Whopping blueberry pancake biz that you cant finish. Ace
It was a busy night, and the Gent that served us was really apologetic. He was really friendly, and couldn't do enough for us. From when we entered, to the food bring served was about 35 minutes which I didn't think was that bad. When the food came, the portions were big. All 4 of us really enjoyed the food, and it was so lovely as we left, both my daughters said they'd had the best time. They were laughing and joking in the car on the way home...... Perfection
We had a brilliant time here with family for my birthday. The waitress made us feel very comfortable. When having our desserts the waitress surprised me with a small candle on it. Which we found quite sweet. Only thing that my warm waffle was cold and hadn't been heated up. But enjoyed the experience neither the less.
Fantastic meal. Went at lunchtime and it still had a good buzz about it with music and friendly staff.
They have two menus at lunch with a wide choice of dishes including vegan options. We had vegan garlic bread and cheese which was gorgeous and then two vegan pizzas. The food was delicious.
Would definitely go again with lots of other dishes to try and thoroughly recommend a visit.
We visited here just on a whim after we fancied a meal out as a family, they made us very welcome and we was seated to our choice of table quickly, order was taken quickly and drinks brought to our table within 10 minutes, the food was hot, what we ordered was nice, quite pricey but was enjoyable, the kids all loved the ice cream dessert which was fun. The waitress that served us was very polite and friendly. We had a nice meal just what we hoped for.
My family visited F&B on the 13-03 arrived at about 2:30pm and was served by one of the managers I think? Young lady European accent as u didn't get her name.
Food was great and service was fantastic our baby needed a feed just as was started to eat. The lady took my food away to keep warm and the brought it back after our baby had finished, she even gave me somee freshly made fries and did this whilst managing quiet a few other tables so credit to her. Couldn't fault this place, great food, great staff make a great experience.
Really really good service. The food is tasty but over priced. Ordered a steak and all I got was Steak and chips, a mushroom and a tomato. Would have been nice to have a small side salad.
Great beer selection. One of the few places in the UK that I have been to that does Samuel Adams Lager ( a Boston beer).
Dessert selection also very good.
We eat here quite regularly. Some times we book a table some times we just turn up. They will always try to seat us when we just turn up.

As its a chain restaurant you know its all the same. Never had to complain. Always very nice.

Always greeted with a smile and waiters and waitresses are all fantastic.
The only thing that gets annoying is when there's a birthday party(one or two ok. We've been there when there's 4/5) the music goes quite. The speakers turn up to the max and out blasts happy birthday. I know the children love it. But it can get to much when there's a lot of birthdays. On our last visit we actually got away with out any birthday's going on. I think that was a first over the last 20 or so visits.
Overall we love the place.

Lovely branch, spacious, plenty of booths, cosy decor and furnishings. A good range of lovely Italian-American food with some healthy options too. We went in for mid week lunch, it was quiet and we were well looked after by the waitress and the barman. Recommended.
