Ordered a meatball sub here on Tuesday (19/8/25). Two of the meatballs were burnt on the outside but clearly not cooked properly inside. Not long after eating I felt unwell, which I’m certain was from this meal. Pretty disappointed with the quality control.

The food was good, but its all done via the payment stations now, self service stations. Which takes away the subway experience. You select everything on a screen, rather than the good old way of watching what they do and picking my sight. Once you order via the screen, you cannot chnage anything. Good but the old way was better
