Cambridge Cafe

We were only in the mood for a light snack on a rainy afternoon when we came across this quaint cafe. But when noticing the enticing Chinese menu, we just had to go for it! As you can see, we were blown away by the portion sizes! (My husband had crispy noodle beef chow mein, and I had Singapore Udon noodles) The quality is very impressive and rich in flavour, yet not too heavy or greasy. The price is incredibly reasonable for what you get. The staff are also friendly and attentive. We will definitely be coming back here next time we visit Harrogate!

Just want to say a huge huge thank you to the lovely gentleman that answered the phone on Monday 2nd October for Grace. He helped us so much to find a vegan option and delivered our food too and labelled everything so nicely. Amazing service and for our first time here we'll definitely be coming back but in person this time! Thanks so much- food amazing!! Very impressed! Can't believe we've not been here before!

I would recommend anyone to visit this cafe/Chinese in Harrogate.The location is on the opposite side of road where McDonald's is located. I ordered the big breakfast and glad I did as it was superb and really tasty and the chef cooked it to perfection. I could tell that all parts of the big breakfast from the sausage and bacon to the large beefburger and chips too were quality products. There are also smaller breakfasts on the menu if you prefer. There are also many Chinese meals you can choose too. I was glad that I found this place because the service was exceptional which was a nice surprise and the food I ordered was very clean and hot,so if you are looking for quality food at a reasonable price with great customer service you won't go wrong by visiting this place even if it's just for a cup of tea,you are still made welcome. I am an American traveling through and was really struggling to find good Asian food in the area. I was walking by and stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. The service was extremely personable with instant service and great personability. The food was fresh and fast to get to me. In terms of quality, I'm sad I didn't find this place sooner because it itched a scratch I had been missing since being here. This is a family owned restaurant where the entire family was eating when I came in, which if you know anything about food is a HUGE plus. Overall delicious food, I might be back again in the same night!

Could definitely do with a lick of paint & the exterior won't inspire entry BUT please don't let this put you off as the Chinese food is outstanding!! Reasonable prices & friendly service from the family that run here. Strange menu offered a combination of English greasy spoon breakfast items & Chinese dishes. Admittedly we didn't try the English food but the Chinese is the main event here & is not to be missed...
