We had been hiking in the local area and googled the nearest pub to us when we had finished and found this. And what a result. Very friendly staff who accommodated us for a busy Saturday night. Food was amazing and very reasonably priced. …
Good food at reasonable price. I had small carvery and there was plenty. Cost around £100 for 5 people with 4 of us having 3 courses so price was great. Nice old pub too. Only slight criticism would be chairs were a bit uncomfortable and table too low but minor thing really but worth noting for older people or for accessibility.
