Revisited here after they recently obtained their 5 star hygiene rating back following their 1 star a few months ago.
Food was absolutely spot on and the service was above & beyond, with the staff able to have banter for a change.

The Imperial Palace is a great Chinese restaurant. We went for an all-you-can-eat buffet which they do on Monday to Thursday evenings for £19 per person and it was great value for money. We were in a (booked) party of 18 and they were happy to make room for an additional 3 people at the last minute. Very rapid service too, which can be a problem with large parties.

After reading the reviews I was expecting less than welcoming staff nd good food.
We visited as a family of seven and we have not got a single complaint.
The food fresh and tasty, the staff were efficient and nice.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely superb meal here tonight - booked for 5:30 and what a great dining experience. Warm welcome, excellent service and superb food, beautifully cooked in perfect portions. First time here and we will definitely come back. The restaurant was fully booked with staggered diners so everyone could receive the best service. Definitely worth a try - you won’t be disappointed 👍

The family love visiting this restaurant. There us a set price then the customer can order anything off the menu. The food is then served within minutes. We have eaten here half a dozen times and never been disappointed. Authentic Chinese food, which tastes delicious. The duck dishes are my favourite.
