The people went to the Moon & Sixpenny . Well, very quiet looks like good friend . They children went to the Moon Sixpenny out set chair .look nice outside. Next time come back next year summer

Ordered the gourmet steak meal on a Tuesday (steak night). There were a lot of orders before mine, but the server was polite and gave good indication of expected wait, which was accurate. When the food arrived it was piping hot and quite frankly the best steak they've ever served me!

I hadsteak , chips & side salad. The chips were lovely, the salad ok, the steak too fatty. The help yourself condiments were well supplied, with a great variety of choices. The rest room was spotless & whole place was lovely & clean. The staff were friendly & helpful, I would visit again, just wouldn't order steak.

The highlight here is the large garden seating area which is not what you'd expect from a suburban high street. Otherwise it's the standard Wetherspoons fare with a friendly welcome from the staff. Shame there's nowhere secure to leave bikes though.

The food was good, Nachos were crunchy and tasty, all the food was hot in temperature, the garden out the back had improved over the years good spot to sit and have drinks and or food.
Only thing I would pick out on this visit is I asked for a room temperature bottle of water which they replied they only have cold ones.
