Really lovely Greggs with hard working staff. They have vegan options like the chips and sugar ring doughnuts which are divine. They also have vegan sausage rolls and other vegan savoury options. There is loads of seating inside, there are toilets and seating outside. They are open until 19.00 most days !

Regularly visit this Greggs. Very good food, service and friendly staff. Open late compared to other tea/coffee places nearby which is great.
Would be 5 star but they close the outside seating area early and then the seating area inside, so they are only open for takeaway. Still appreciate the late opening.

Cherena at Greggs Harrow gave outstanding customer service. Even under pressure with lots of customers and delivery orders, she stayed friendly, efficient, and smiling throughout.

First visit, woman not very friendly. She didn't know that they gave reusable cup free with first tea. Attitude was like I'm asking for a free gold bar. Just a reusable cup which is advertising their company. Needs someone cleaning tables but the cup and tea very good. Maybe I'll try one of the other branches

This is a great place for a nice evening coffee. A new coffee pumpkin hazelnut spiced latte we tried this time. Staffs are really good, many spaces for seating, freshly made food and coffee really feels good. Parking also available in here in the shopping mall.

Store priority is their closing not a customer service. I was waited a long just to pay for one bottle of lucozade , although staff saw me still they avoid….
