Moma Haslemere

This was our third visit, albeit after an eighteen month gap. Food continues to be of a very high standard. We kicked off with oysters, and followed with excellent tuna tartare and beef tataki. For my main I chose duck breast, which was a perfectly cooked and delicious. The menu has many inviting items listed, and is, I believe, refreshed regularly. Everything is prepared on the premises including all accompanying sauces, marinades and flavoured mayonnaise . The wine list has a good selection of mainly European wines, at very reasonable restaurant prices given the quality of the wines on offer. Service was welcoming and efficient. Although on the night we chose more costly items, a delicious 3 course meal could be had for under £50pp without drinks but with service included. Highly recommended. We won’t leave it another eighteen months to our next visit.

We enjoyed our evening at MOMA very much. The service was friendly, warm and professional. We were celebrating my friend's birthday and the server overheard us and brought my friend a birthday treat with candle and song! The menu was creative, and the food and wine were delicious and soul satisfying. I highly recommend MOMA if you are looking for a restaurant to treat family and good friends, for celebrating or a good catch-up.

We are regulars at MOMA and we honestly can’t speak more highly of this restaurant. The food is absolutely divine; highly recommend the beef cheek! I’ve ordered several dishes and each one has been fantastic. Great flavours and clearly the best quality ingredients. The staff are always so welcoming and attentive and honestly can’t do enough for you. They always remember our orders / preferences which is so lovely; they really make you feel like a valued customer. I don’t often leave a Google review for a restaurant (and we eat out a lot) but after the amazing meal and service we received tonight, I just had to leave the best review. I can’t recommend this place enough; we never leave disappointed. Would highly recommend for a special occasion or just a lovely mid week meal. 10/10!!

From the initial welcome through taking our order and serving the meal, we found the service to be well-judged: friendly, smiley and helpful without crossing the line into being over-attentive or intrusive. The waiting team's knowledge of the menu and drinks inspired confidence. There was a good range of choices available for us as non meat-eaters and the quality of the food did not disappoint -- in fact it was above what we'd have expected at these prices. One of us had the fixed price menu (we were there at lunchtime) and there was no evidence of scrimping, the food appeared to be every bit as good as off the a-la-carte. Our only gripe is that the hard surfaces produce a lot of noise and this is exacerbated every time the cutlery makes contact with the crockery, which has a weird sandpapery finish. A 12.5% service charge, which we were happy to pay, is automatically added to the bill.

Everything was excellent about this place. Food was unbelievably tasty. Great flavours and beautifully presented. Amazing service. Staff were super lovely. The ambience was warm and welcoming. We went there for dinner and went back again for lunch the next day. We will defo go back there for sure. Cannot recommend enough 🤩👏👏👏

What a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the tuna tartar really packs some flavours, loved it! Had the cod for main and then the iced tempura which was very flavourful. The space has great vibes, everybody was welcoming. Great experience and definitely a place to return. Thank you MOMA :)
