Excellent quality food and extremely good service. The prices were reasonable compared to most in Hastings. A sizeable peace of cake compared to what most are serving for the same price. We regularly have coffee mornings during the week and will be switching one of our regular ones to Waterfalls.

Lovely vegetarian home made food. Our Friday lunchtime regular. Super friendly staff. Gift shop downstairs is lovely, I always find nice gifts and beautiful cards!

I went there to meet a friend for coffee, he'd been there before and recommended it. I have to say that I was immensely impressed by the staff, the quality of the food on offer, the taste of the coffee, and the herbal tea later that came in a pot. This cafe has a great, cosy atmosphere with nothing pretentious or snobby about it, just a very clean, neat, well decorated and well run venue. A superb place to meet for coffee, cakes and a chat!
