This place sucks… empty dining area and not a single employee to be found. I waited almost 10 minutes for an employee to come out of the back and when they appeared, they acted surprised to see a customer at 8:30 on a Friday night. Then the employee was rude to follow and asked for even more time before she took my order. Not one person in the drive through line and it still took 15 minutes to get a burger and curds! Not to mention… THEY MISTAKED THE CURDS FOR FRIES! Wow, what a disappointment.

Food and salad was very good. Employees seem cordial. I did not receive any napkins or any dressing for either of the salads as requested. In the past the person that would run the food out to the car would review the order with you. They don't do that anymore. It would be very helpful for them and for us to implement that again.

Extremely disappointing service this evening, and has been a reoccurring theme for our past visits. I had ordered two single patty burgers and was rung up and charged for two double butter burgers. Food was haphazardly slapped together, pickles in one burger were all in one place instead of spread out. Attitudes were extremely unpleasant to work with when we continuously support this location and are always understanding and patient with the staff. This is not the only night we have had issues here- I had gotten a burger with dark pink in the middle once. Yuck! No longer happy with coming here and always dreading the worst when it comes to visiting. Needs some serious work, and staff who will actually listen to what customers want for their orders. Not just pressing what buttons look easiest.

I normally have never had an issue here, but this afternoon the girl who took my order and money at the window was very rude. Attitude in her voice and attitude on her face.i understand someone having a bad day maybe, or frustration from short staffed, but the attitude I got was snobby. Glad I don’t come here very often.
