Easy 5 stars. Great service. Really well thought out ever changing and adventurous beer menu and all as fresh as a daisy. Nice to see beers at both ends of strength spectrum with a cracking alcohol free alongside a great impy stout.

Absolute cracker of a pub just opposite Hastings station so a great first stop if you’re visiting. It was recommended to me by a local who knows I love good craft beer. A great small selection of keg here. The food was amazing too. I think they use long stay pop ups. The Asian street food was amazing. The loaded fries were something special.

Impressed with food presented. Super yummy. The Chef went an extra mile to accommodate our dietary. Excellent service, great atmosphere and ambience, local pub. Attentive service from the team. Definitely, to come back. Totally recommended.

Really impressed with the authentic dish black pepper King prawns.
The chef added noodles and turned this starter into a main dish.
So contientious and personally served.
I can't ask for any better.
Would recommend with out any hesitation.

Absolutely perfect little boozer. A slice of east London which I often miss when I visit home. They had an awesome collection of craft and the barman was top notch and the aesthetic was perfect as was the music as a hospitality veteran I literally doff my cap to you guys. Perfect in every way

Friday 4 August saw the start of the tap takeover from Derby- based craft beer legends Pentrich. Great stuff available including a 10% TIPA.
Personal favourite is One Day on Earth a delicious 6.5% tropical IPA with bags of mouth feel.

Hands down my favourite place to eat in Hastings, we started bringing our puppy here when he was very young to get him used to busy pub atmospheres and the staff were incredibly friendly towards him. We often eat here due to the absolutely impeccable menu. The range of beers is vast and interesting. This really is the go to pub in Hastings. All other establishments need to up their game if they want to even come close to the Sea Dog.

First time visiting this fairly new pub and Ioved it. Great selection of local beers and the bar maid was incredibly welcoming and attentive, will definitely come back for another beer or two.

We stumbled across this great pub when looking somewhere good to have lunch while visiting Hastings. This pub did not disappoint- this was the best pub Sunday roast I ve had in a very long time! Everything on the plate was delicious, piping hot, good quantity but not too much that you are not able to finish! Wine was good temperature and reasonably priced! Highly recommend!!!
