Visited the store today. Down from Luton. Had forgot my partners wheelchair. Abi noticed her struggling and immediately went to get her a wheelchair. She was brilliant and helpful a true credit to the store.

This is a petite Marks and Spencer store but has a good range of womenswear, menswear and childrenswear alongside some homewares and a food hall…staff are always helpful and friendly…you get what you expect from this trusted brand.

My mother HATES Chardonnay. However, the lovely manager Ben helped us pick a Chardonnay wine that she would probably like. Ben seriously knows his stuff and is a credit to the company! The wine he recommended made for a wonderful Friday evening glass. Thank you Ben!

Not store related.. however, one member of staff from the store in Havant found my phone in a taxi last night. And handed it responsibly to my fiancé, I would like this person to know how grateful and pleased of how honest they were! As we don't get enough honest people in the world much nowadays. 10/10 efforts :)

Good plentiful range of m and s food. Reasonable selection of men’s, ladies and children’s clothes. Staff warm and friendly apart from one lady in the women’s clothing area who is very abrasive and comes over as extremely rude! Which is sad as the store is really good.

Friendly staff member, she helped us order an out of stock item online and told us when it would be ready to collect.
