I come to this subway every now and then, the staff is very attentive and the service is always excellent. Neha has great customer service and always makes my order perfectly! She recommended me the app and I’m glad I downloaded it.
I don't really like the service. They talk too much to each other while laughing. And facing each other without caring about people's orders. I use deliveroo. Every time I have to wait up to 15-20 minutes for one order. So I ask the management team to emphasize your staff, especially the men, they talk too much.
Both of the guys that works there are outstanding and go the extra mile every single time! The subways are made are always fresh and tasty and made to perfection. 10/10 customer service from both of them.
