Popped in today Sunday for some spray paint 🎨 plenty of stock helpful 🙂 staff pointed us in the right direction to find what we needed plenty of parking 🅿️ disabled too even a tea ☕ hut in the car park.
They cut sheet material to size which isn't just useful to fit things in the car, but they will make whole projects much easier. The cutting service has a professional and very helpful member since of staff operating the machine. Parking is free. A burger van is on site which is always a bonus 😁
Just wanted to hop on here to praise Tomi, a customer service assistant in the painting department, she helped me out with paint colours and figuring out how much paint I needed for my room, I must have taken 20odd minutes of her time and she was patient, courteous and very helpful the entire time

Good parking facilities, well stocked, reasonably priced and helpful staff. Good self service tills are also available for those with a few small items. Fully accessible clean toilet facilities but a little far from the entrance/exit.
I couldn't work out what I needed to do a job at home. I asked one of the staff to help me. I have never been so impressed. Very polite, extremely helpful, a great asset to the company. Thank you Darren.
a lot of the staff here seem very uninterested tbh but Jojo is an absolute angel. an incredibly sweet person. she deserves some recognition for her great customer service! :D
Always has what you need and a good selection of the usual DIY bits and bobs as well as more obscure tools and materials
We accidentally left something behind which we had paid for. Upon returning to the store, the team checked the cctv and gave us the product.
