Wonderful hidden little gem, our second visit here, perfect for us with our baby and our three dogs. The gardens has plenty of space for our nervous dog which is great for us to know he won't be bothered by other dogs!
The food is fantastic! Absolutely worth every penny! Fresh, seasonal and Tasty! Staff are friendly and the pub itself is beautiful
One of our fav local places to visit
Thank you x
Just had a lovely meal here (11th of March 2018 . Had one of the nicest puddings I’ve ever had (the chocolate trifle ) . As a whole would definitely recommend the Prince of Wales . Great food , brilliant staff and good atmosphere.
Seven of us had a wonderful Sunday roast here (four adults & three kids). Food was great, plentiful & very reasonably priced. I didn't have an alcoholic drink, but it looked to be well stocked with a good variety to cater for most, if not all, tastes. Off the beaten track and well worth a visit. Highly recommended.
The very best of burgers. Excellent chips, lovely salad with a wide variety of vegetables and colours all in a lovely dressing, wonderful home made coleslaw and the best quality of beef burger. In a great dog friendly pub with a friendly landlord. Outside seating too. Just perfect and really well worth a visit
Off the beaten track but well worth the effort. I enjoyed two pints of delicious hand pump beer on a brief stop. I was too late for the lunch sitting but apparently it's a very good menu. Friendly people behind the bar. I suggest coming here and supporting a genuine community pub. Cheers
Pub is so friendly, clean & food is excellent Had a steak, cooked perfectly & melted in my mouth Would highly recommend & will be going back for a meal again before we go home By the way beer is good as well so if you just want a good pint would recommend
We had a couple of meals at The Prince of Wales whilst staying at Bolitho’s Retreat in St Martin. Excellent food & super friendly service. I would thoroughly recommend and so pleased to see The Prince of Wales thriving. Awesome…
Good food, good atmosphere, good pub!
Tried out the new menu, went for all 3 courses and not one disappointed. Had the goats cheese bruschetta, fish of the day and caramel apple pie ...delicious. Hubby had, garlic mushrooms and steak (cooked to perfection!). Waiting staff = efficient and friendly, bar staff the same...no complaints from us. Good to see a local pub run by locals and frequented much the same (all welcome).
What a find… called in on the off chance tonight and had the best pub fish and chips I’ve ever had, incredible tartare sauce. Lovely warm welcome and reasonable prices. Will definitely come back. 😊
Stayed local so it would have been rude not to visit. Lovely little village pub with a warm welcome and excellent choice of beers and nice food.
Lovely clean room, really welcoming and food was delicious, thank you would recommend.
Lovely village pub with a warm community feeling. Comfortable bedrooms upstairs.
