The Mogul

Are here on a Thursday evening with a group of friends for the banquet deal. Whilst the price of the deal has risen in recent times, it still reflects good value for money. Our table of eight were well served with food and drink. It's a good sign when no one at the table is taking about the service, as it means it's seamless and we could just get on enjoying our catch ups. Everyone's food was well prepared and the order correct. I couldn't fault it and would happily return.

I used to go to the Mogul years ago and went last night on my sisters recommendation. I was please to see their Tuesday deal hasn't changed much since - £12.95 for a starter, main, side, rice or naan and a coffee. It was excellent value and the food was really tasty, full of flavour and served hot - so many restaurants seem to serve food luke-warm. The service was great too and staff were really knowledgeable about what was in each dish. The only downside I always found with this restaurant is that it's quite small - it didn't effect my experience too much except that I got hot quickly, so i'd wear a thinner t-shirt instead of a jumper next time!
