Amazing food and very well priced. We love the roast dinners and the homemade pies. Always a lovely warm friendly atmosphere too. Very child friendly and pet friendly too. Can't wait to go back again.

Picked a pub out of the air for Sunday roast and what a choice. Friendly, sports bar orientated pub, nice crowd and friendly staff. My wife and I only wanted the roast beef but were spoilt for choice with lamb, turkey or pork as other options. The beef was delicious with a healthy portion of veg, it reminded us of good home cooking and at a price that wasn’t going to break the bank. Worth every penny and looking forward to future returns.

Second time we have been here whilst visiting for the weekend to Hemsby Beach, the food is always amazing and the owner went out of her way to open the kitchen and make food for us as we missed the service time as the kitchen closes 15:00-17:00. Really pleased she did as we love the home cooked food. Thank you 🌟

The food was really tasty ! The staff friendly and the atmosphere exactly what you would expect from a village pub! Bonus was it is dog friendly and everyone in there loves dogs. Would highly recommend !

Very good place. Great food. Very low prices. Comfy bar with wood burning stove. Book for Sunday lunch. We’ll come again good food choices. Good staff happy if you are picky. I only wanted lettuce and cucumber in salad. No problem. Worthy of 5 stars

My husband and I popped in for dinner with our little dog after a day at Holkham beach. The staff and clientele were very welcoming and made our dog feel very special! 😀 We had the chicken, leek and mushroom pie with chips and it was extremely flavourful and delicious! Our dog had some sausages which he thoroughly enjoyed! It’s a shame we’re only staying in the area for a few days, as we’d happily come here every evening! Thank you for taking such great care of us!

Nice local pub. Not a big selection of food on the menu but we chose the homemade chilli with rice, waffles with ice cream and fruit pie with custard. Very reasonably priced and decent sized portions. Food tasted good.

Lovely welcoming village pub with a garden overlooking fields, live sports on TV and really good value for money home-cooked style food. Regular menu and Specials board with a very accommodating welcome from this family-run pub. Dogs and children are welcome too. We’ve been several times now and can’t fault it. We will be regularly visiting for the foreseeable!

we have come to Hemsby for a holiday! we wanted to find a local family pub! Lovely people friendly atmosphere, dog friendly, food is amazing and they adapt to your needs would highly recommend this restaurant.

Whilst on holiday the family fancied a Sunday lunch and a Google search resulted in this little gem of a pub not far from where we were staying.
Choice of 4 meats and plenty of it, freshly cooked veg with crispy roasties! And definitely value for money at £8.95 for one course, £14.95 for 2 courses.
We were so impressed we returned later in the week for a sharing platter, 100% beef burger and homemade lasagna..... oh and some amazing puddings... the ice cream lemon cheesecake was amazing.
Friendly and helpful staff and dogs are very welcome. We will return on our next visit to Norfolk!
