Wow. Worst visit at a Sonic ever. Could not understand two different orders. Could not get back proper change. Could not comprehend anything. I paid with a 20 and instead of getting a 10&5 back...they could not separate the order. So 16 1s after I hand counted in front of them so I could get my 20 back. And then they could not charge the card for the separate order. If you don't have to interact with money you might be alright.

The individual taking orders through the drive thru on Tuesday afternoon was rude, condescending, and has absolutely zero customer service skills. I repeated the order 3 times and the wait for basic drinks was far longer than it should have been. I got a cup of ice cream that was supposed to be a shake. There were 3 staff laughing and joking instead of getting orders processed in the afternoon.

This location always has multiple stalls with broken card machines. They also routinely run out of Co2 for drinks. I understand there is a shipping backlog but something you should always have. The Lubbock locations dont seem to have this issue.

This store has gotten to be very, very bad. The teenagers that work there don't want to work. Orders are consistently wrong, take 30 minutes to an hour to get your order out to you. We are absolutely DONE with this place. Save yourself time and headaches, and go someplace else

Slow service. Girl on the speaker obviously could not do her job. Then after a long wait. They brought out the food and everything was wrong except for the drinks. After two more time they finally got it all straight.

17 minutes at the drive-through speaker. I called on the phone it rang 21 times. I drove up to the window and waited 6 minutes before she could tell me she was sorry. Perfect.

I pushed the red button around 1:13 pm. Get an answer about 1: 16 PM. I have my order placed and done by 1:18 PM. At 1:25 the speaker screen says my order is being delivered by Rosa. Im waiting and I get my order at 1:28 PM. Im not sure 15 minute wait was worth it to me to get a cherry limeade and a sweet tea, especially when the parking lot didn't look full. My opinion. JS
