7:20 pm at Hereford Texas Dairy Queen drive up. Ordered 2 Hunger Busters. Ready in less than 3 minutes. I started to drive off and checked my order which was stone cold. I drove back around to the window and asked how long ago they were cooked and was told about 7 minutes ago. I was the only customer. NEVER GOING BACK!!

We arrived at about 7:30pm. The staff was all very rude with no customer service. We ordered two burger combos , steak finger combo, kid’s cheeseburger and onion rings. The only thing that was fresh was the onion rings. The rest of the food was barely warm, fries were super stale. The steak fingers were not hot or didn’t seem deep fried at all. Everything was dried out . We asked for a burger to replace our steak fingers and you could tell that it wasn’t fresh off the grill. We asked for new fries and they were better. The gravy was thick and cold it wasn’t even warm. Only reason they’re getting 1 star is because i can’t give a negative star. Shortly after we arrived a group of more customers came in i sure do hope they received a fresh batch of food because we sure didn’t.

Dirt chicken strip basket is absolutely delicious and comes with so much and a gravy is oh my God delicious as well as their ice cream to it's very delicious

Not only did my tacos have little to no meat also ordered an Xl Chilli cheese hot dog that didn't even come on a hot dog bun but regular bread and when I try to call the store they don't pick up

Arrive 2 hours before closing time! No one will take your order after that! The staff ignores all customers who arrive at the drive through at 8:00pm, and closing time is at 10:00pm. Horrible service!
