They have so much right, including the friendly and helpful staff. One has to ask how much high finance is involved. Property and pension shenanigans... like the other retailers where the owners relax in a mountain of cash - all legal of course.

Went in a few days ago for some mascara prima.Had a lovley lady served me she did everything she could to help me even when none in stock she wrote down the name for me to order off line at debenhams .brill and I have it now.Thankyou.xx

The reason for the lower score is that it gives the impression of a store going through a lean patch. Stock in some areas is patchy & is spread out to minimize the effect. But there are still many bargains if they have what you want.

Went to ask Clinique expert quite a few questions on the products. Very pleased with answers. Professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Think her name was Debbie. Highly recommend her advice. Needs a pay rise Clinique company!

If I am at the end of town I always go in there - good variety of items - now have a coffee shop again beside the restaurant which is handy and good TOILETS a bonus 😎

Enjoyed lunch at Debenhams cafe. Good service. Caters for those requiring gluten free. Reasonable prices.

They're all roughly the same. Great, well trained, staff. Great products and variety. But people still want the impossible and shop online instead. The same people that moan that the high street is empty. Rates and rents are partly to blame but so are the shopping public!

I love this store. The staff are so helpful and friendly. I had plenty of time for a light hearted chat whilst my wife tried on numerous wedding day outfits. She was well served by very attentive staff for whom nothing was too much trouble.
