Used this fish and chip shop for the first time Friday eve before going to cinema with family. Wasn't cheap but what is now a days. What was expensive was pickles, eggs, and onions two each added £5 pound to the bill and they were small. My grandad use to use these. They were very polite helpful and kind went out there way to meet my needs. Will use again they even have a sushi chef selling fresh sushi and all kinds now find that in a chip shop today. Will try that next time.

Went here for lunch. Lovely and friendly place. Was nervous ordering sushi at a Fish and Chips place but was not disappointed. The sushi was excellent and I can’t recommend this place enough! It is my go to for any sushi in or around Herne Bay!

Excellent Fish n' Chips. Batter on fish was crisp and not greasy and good portion sizes. Really friendly owners and will be trying the sushi at some point.

I have been going here for over 20 years and not really seen much change in the menu over that time so when I saw they were doing Japanese food I was skeptical but thought I'd give it a go. 100% would recommend, ordered the salmon maki and the takoyaki, the salmon was incredibly fresh and tender and the takoyaki was some of the best I've ever tasted. Seriously, if you ever want Japanese food in the bay, this is the place!!
Staff also super friendly, and the shop is the cleanest I have ever seen it. Super impressed with the new management and what they've done with the place!

Have always got my fish and chips from Kings Fish Bar and when we found out there had been a change of ownership were a bit unsure about whether it would be the same. Well I have to say it was just as good, if not better, than before. The fish was a really good size and delicious and the chips were great. Will definitely continue getting my fish and chips from here!

I had the sushi from Kings Fish Bar tonight and it was absolutely delicious! 1000 times better than the places in Canterbury! So happy to finally have some decent Japanese food around here. The fish and chips are also perfect… thank you!
