One of the best chips I’ve eaten, top quality so crispy and soft in the middle. This is the second time I’ve come here. Had to stop again today to grab some lunch. Better then any restaurant I’ve had chips in. Nice to see real traditional chips like we used to get in the good old days. Nice friendly staff.

I have been searching for a decent fish and chips shop for years! This place is the only place I have found that does the chips perfectly, has a wide range of menu items and tastes so good. Customer service and food are a cut above the rest. Soo happy I’ve found them. Would highly recommend.

Carly's has recently added more non-fish items to the menu. I tried the spicy chicken wings and they were amazing! The breading remained crispy and intact even with the leftovers. The spice is proper spicy and well-seasoned. They beat a lot of the established chicken places hands down!

This chippy is class - always a great portion of fish, friendly staff and quick as you like. Only slight downside is the £10 minimum spend on card which most other establishments got rid of a decade ago. But overall this is only a very small downside to a great chippy!
