Wow. Reviews are accurate. If you are within reach of this place, go and eat there. We had a mixed platter for my group to share and it was amazing. I love my food and this was straight out of Italy. If this restaurant had a better location, it would be huge. Happily return and definitely recommend. You won't regret it. Oh the portions are huge!

Had a pleasant meal here with my partner. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with a special thank you to the lady who found us an alternative table with more space for a big lad like me. If you want an authentic Italian atmosphere on this, side of Rome this is the place to go. However, it is quite compact, bijou, and popular, so I'd recommend trying to reserve a table in advance. The food itself was excellent, undoubtedly some of the best seafood and fish we've had locally. I would say the menu is compact with a strong emphasis on fish, steak and seafood. Unusually for an Italian, the pasta choices were somewhat limited. Also this is not a fast food joint, everything is freshly cooked to order and is well worth the wait that brings. My only slight disappointment was the limited choice of side dishes either chips or salad and nothing else. If you want a place to sit back with a good glass of wine, friendly staff, great atmosphere, and authentic Italian food. This is the place.

Sensational home cooked Italian food done by the owner and Italian chef himself ! On the outside you may be left feeling the venue looks more like a cafe than restaurant but don’t let this fool you. The food speaks for itself and is restaurant grade. The setting is different and it’s always busy and vibrant. If you fancy something different and off menu you can speak with the chef and he’ll be more than happy to accommodate. Thanks again for an amazing meal

Great food and service but crazy Italian owner!! Had a fantastic meal. Didn't know what we were ordering but owner told us to trust him. Glad we did as one of the best sea food and anti pasta platter we have ever had. Price was very good considering all the food he cooked up. Big up to Lloyd the waiter!
