Had a really brilliant meal tonight!
Mum had mentioned it was my birthday during booking and the servers remembered that! Which was very nice of them.
The food was exceptional, we had a shared mixed grill between 3 of us and everything was cooked perfectly!

I had an incredible experience at Cascara restaurant! The food was exceptional, and the service was top-notch. The only aspect I would suggest improving is the lighting. The ambiance inside is quite dark, and the cold lighting makes it a bit challenging to read the menu comfortably. Nevertheless, the overall dining experience was fantastic, and I look forward to returning to enjoy the delicious cuisine and welcoming service.

Went to cascara last night and had a lovely evening there. The staff were friendly and prompt. The food was delicious. We had the original sharing platter and wow the meat did not disappoint, everything was so tasty and cooked to perfection, and that chimicurri sauce 😋 I also had a tasty long island iced tea, excellent cocktail making skills!

Can honestly say that is the best fillet steak i have had in such a long time. So great that someone gets the concept of seasoning. Cooked to absolute perfection (rare, as a good steak should be). Thank you. We will definitely come back.

Saw this from the Yorkshireman food blogger, it didn't disappoint. Had the chateaubriand sharing platter, which was stunning! Empanadas and squid starters were delicious. Staff were friendly. Planning to come back later in the year with friends

Wow where do I start, from the 5 star service to the outstanding food. This is the place to be in Hessle for 10/10 food. From someone who’s never eaten a steak before I now visit this fine establishment frequently. Cant recommend this place highly enough. Lewis and Jenson served me on my last visit and are class lads.

Visited cascara on 3.2.24 at 7pm. It was fully booked, we had a party of 8, with 2 people with food allergies, and a baby. And boy o boy, they couldn't do enough to help and assist. The service was 10/10 explaining in detail what was in each dish to make sure everyone had a good meal.
The food was exceptional. All freshly cooked, and we could not fault a thing. The menu wasn't the largest, but this meant that they could concentrate on what they do, well.

Went on Saturday tea time with the Mrs and 2 young kids. Kids eat for £1 which is amazing given the quality of the food! We opted for small plates and home made chips which were all fantastic, washed down with their new gingerbread martinis. First time trying this place and highly recommend.
