Big bag of chips for less than 2 quid. The mushroom and chicken pie was great. Would recommend. Lots of people on Friday evening.

I love fish and chips and have them as a treat every now and then. I have not lived in Hibaldstow long and when friends ask me if I like living there, I say "it's got a great chippy". The fish is cooked perfectly, just how I like it, in light fluffy batter and the chips are lovely - not greasy. The village is lucky to have a good chippy as they are hard to find these days.

I live in the midlands now. I grew up in Hibaldstow and I can tell you I've tried lots of othe fish and chip places down here and on holiday but none compare to the Station Road Fish Bar. Cooked to perfection and piping hot. Chips are epic and service is great. I visit every time I'm back to visit family.

Simply the best. After a 5 hour journey we arrived with ten minutes to spare and our fish and chips were the perfect end to a long journey.
