Great meal and atmosphere, we ordered bits not on the menu and all the staff were happy to oblige. One of the nicest places I have eaten for a while well done keep up the good work.
Have been coming for years ... always great food & service ... but booked yesterday for 35 people on a busy night... food, service and entertainment were brilliant! The only down side to this place is the parking ... it's a nightmare so get a taxi if you can ... and enjoy some of their lovely wine!
We've been coming here for our Indian food fix for almost 20 years now. It's always a pleasure, the welcome friendly, the ambience cosy, the service attentive and the food fantastic. We've got other Indian restaurants closer to where we live, but none of them come close to matching Mr India, let alone beating them. So, a big thank you to the management and staff for being a mainstay of our dining experience for so long that we feel almost part of the family.

What a find! Impromptu pit stop on the way home and so glad we did! All the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented - including poppadoms and dips, starter sharing platter, two curries, rice and garlic naan. Tasted fresh and fragrant, with good portion sizes. Great strong coffee with cream to finish. Thank you to all the team, who served us so efficiently. We would definitely recommend - and wish we were local!
I’ve been dining @ Mr India for over 20 years now, and I still find it hard to find a better a curry locally.
If you like your curry hot, I highly recommend their Lamb Naga , Dost kata masala, Golapi dishes 👌🏼
Absolutely wonderful! Staff are exceptional. My first visit and I felt like I was in the company of friends. The atmosphere across the restaurant was lovely. The service was fantastic by all staff, and I am fussy! Food delicious. So fresh and beautiful flavours. Nothing was any trouble even with a special request for the main meal! My wife and I are regular customers and have never had a bad experience at Mr India. We won’t go anywhere else now. The staff are really friendly and accommodating, it has a nice relaxed ambience and most importantly the food is delicious! Although the menu is huge we always go for the same as we know the quality is consistent. It’s the go-to place for our family gatherings as well. We also know a lot of locals who eat here too and they all say the same!
The best Indian restaurant!! Been going here since I was a kid, never let us down. Lovely staff. Amazing food. A great evening out. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Fantastic. We were regulars 10 years ago and we revisited our favourite curry house when back in the area. It was as good as ever. Great staff wonderful food, reasonable prices. We wish they'd open near us.
I always believe a restaurant should be a good combination of Quality food and Great service. This restaurant ticks both boxes. I have had their curry many occasions and its never been oily/greasy. Service is always up to the mark compared to many other places, specially in terms of waiter’s attention to the customers. Highly recommended.
