Fantastic garden centre, good parking, wide choice at reasonable prices, clean toilets & a great restaurant, seated quickly, order taken swiftly & food arrived promptly and very tasty, best service I've had in a long while. Ordered a swing seat & staff were very helpful loading it into my car. Well done Cherry Lane

We are from. Yorkshire and come to visit friends in Hockley. Our visit wouldn't be complete without at least one visit to Riverside. I cannot rate it highly enough....staff are so friendly and helpful, good is top notch , the whole place is so clean and well maintained. Our friend took ill there yesterday and Lisa and the staff couldn't have . They are a credit to the place. done mire

We visited this garden centre for the first time 4/02/23, it's more than garden centre it sell car maintenance stuff oil, paint cleaning polish etc. Household products, food stuff, clothing, toys, kitchen ware plus all garden products. They also had a very nice restaurant with a lovely selection of meals sandwiches cakes. It was very popular and they gave us a buzzer so when our table was ready this gave us extra time to check out all the areas pay for our good then have our lunch. Lunch was very nice plenty of attentive staff. Second visit 30/0723 with different plants being on sale from the first with accessories plus lots of garden furniture. We bought two perennials which looked in lovely condition delphinium breezin & a phlox white eye. We had another lunch in the the very nice restaurant, good service, the pork roast dinner was plentiful and tasty.

Be prepared when you first enter inside the garden centre , it is absolutely baking hot in there. more like a sauna, absolutely stifling. I wanted to purchase a toy for my neighbour but the alot of the boxes have faded and look old due to the sun and heat. I quickly went into the orginal part of the centre which was of normal heat. Its such a shame because they sell some lovely stuff in there too. The new part was completely empty, other customers said they dont go as often as they usually do because its far too hot. I feel sorry for the lovely staff.

I visited today. I am on crutches and my walking is terrible. I was greeted through the exit so I didn't have to walk a long way. I booked into the restaurant and got a buzzer. I staggered around doing some shopping and had something to eat and then went to pay. I was given a chair to sit on, it took them ages to get my 10% discount off. Then my car was blocked in and Lisa offered to run my car back a few feet so i could get the door open wide as I need the space. Excellent customer service. Well done!!!!!
