1st time in Holmfirth for us & we had a wander round town on arrival looking at places to eat later on. Was really drawn to the menu here. Had made our choice, however had reservations on turning out & seeing it was nigh on empty when we passed. Went for a a pint & decided to stick with original plan. So glad we did!!! Food/service & atmosphere were excellent. Staff & proprietor/chef were so amenable. Found out it’s a relatively new transition from cafe to licensed bistro. Am absolutely convinced this venture will be an excellent addition to the towns array of eateries. Would highly recommend 🤣

We tried here for the first time tonight & will definitely be returning! The food was absolutely delicious, the portions were huge and it was excellent value for money. It really is the place that Holmfirth has been missing! Thanks for having us & can’t wait for our next visit 👌🥂

We came across this place whilst visiting Holmefirth on our way back to derby from our holidays. We called for breakfast. The young lady serving us was charming, friendly and polite. She took our orders and went on to deliver us 2 cappucinos which were the best we've had in years. Had to stop ourselves from having 2. We went on to eat a full English with good quality ingredients cooked and presented well and scrambled eggs and beans on toast and can honestly say the scrambled eggs were perfection, tasty and perfectly cooked. Well done chef who was also equally well mannered and polite and friendly. Both had great smiles whilst going about their business. Well done keep up the good work .👍
