Driving past today and stopped as was hungry! -- What an excellent on the spot decision. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good choice (and very reasonably priced) . Will definatly return if I pass this way again. Would highly recommend
Stopped off here for Sunday lunch today. Well what a fantastic pub this is. Friendly staff, fantastic riverside garden, beautifully decorated and the food looked and tasted superb. The only down side and I’m being really picky here was the portion control, far too much meat I had to tell the lady to stop lol
We will be returning for sure.

I wish I could give a million stars. Our wedding day was beyond perfect. An absolutely lovely team of people and Sue is beyond outstanding. I actually find it hard to put into words how grateful I am and how perfect our day was.
The food was absolutely outstanding. Great that our guests had a choice and every single course was sublime. I, of course, sampled my husband’s food too so I can confidently say the food was consistently excellent.
Our master of ceremonies was wonderful and really made sure the day ran smoothly.
The DJ arranged by the venue was unbelievable! Damian catered to my every request and was such a nice guy. Everyone agreed he was brilliant.
Sue was so calm and organised it actually made me feel calmer. She is an amazing lady.
Every aspect of the day was perfect down to the last detail. I honestly can’t fault it, can’t think of a single thing that could have been done better.
So many people told us and our parents that it was the best wedding they have ever been to.
So much love for everyone involved, especially Sue for all your hard work. I am so bowled over by everything and can’t recommend this place enough for a wedding. Huge thanks to you all, with love from Mr & Mrs de-la-Hay xxxxx
