Ego At The Bull's Head, Horbury

Dined for the 1st time last night since refurbishment and change over, was pleasently surprised on arrival. Love the new layout and decoration, the staff although young were attentive and welcoming. The food was exceptionally good value for money, really enjoyed the vast choice menu. Especially the offer at the moment, with 2 courses and bottle of house wine. The Manager Caroline was very subtle in her manor, organising the staff with empathy and organisation. Will definitely return and soon!!!!!

Fabulous service by Max 10/10, Wonderful GLUTEN FREE MENU lots options, Gf chicken kebab wraps WoW and SP fries yummy. Highly recommend. 1st visit and will return regular and it's 75 min hr away from Hull. Other food at tables looked fab too. Friend had Cod in sauce looked great portion and she enjoyed too.

Went tonight with family. Absolutely top drawer from start to finish. The most attentive and thoughtful staff I've experienced for some time. So friendly and warm as well. The food was delicious and the option to have 2 courses for such a reasonable price is fantastic, given the cost of everything at the minute. Genuinely will be returning soon. Very very very good, highly recommend! 👌

Came for Sunday lunch, did not book but was happily welcomed even though the restaurant was very busy. We was taken to the table by the manager was explained there was a wait on food. Which was good to know. The waitress was very polite and working very hard. Only down fall was the Yorkshire pudding was over cooked. Atmosphere amazing there was an event on at the front of the restaurant who looked to be having a great time. It good to know you accommodated such large booking. Will be returning

A friend and I visited for Sunday lunch. The food and drinks were really nice. The beef and veg were tasty and nicely cooked. My only criticisms would be that I'd like a bit more gravy and the Yorkshire pudding was a bit too well done for me. I had ice cream for dessert which was delicious. A real positive was that the person who served us was really lovely - very friendly, personable and attentive.

We went on Thursday the 28th of July. Inside was immaculate. Service was speedy. The view into the kitchen was good to see if you like that sort of thing. Thursday was all about kebabs. Luckily you can get a free meal for one person if you go on that persons birthday because it is slightly on the expensive side but the food was incredible so touché. The chocolate brownie at the end that you can see pictured was banging! A dessert so nice I was stopped from ordering it twice! Definitely a place to go for a special occasion. 🤌
