I visited Horbury to buy bicycle parts at Hopkinson cycles which is next door to the cafe. My stepson had a take out sandwich and I had a jacket potato with a pot of tea whilst I waited for him to buy his bike bits! The service I received from Hannah and Roxy was exceptional and the atmosphere in the cafe was very friendly and homely. I told Hannah if I lived closer I would certainly be a regular customer, of which she has many I believe. I wish her every success with the Flamingo's Teapot.

Just had the afternoon tea with my daughter and Mum, everything was so tasty and beautifully presented, the bread was so soft and the fillings delicious. We had a salad and fruit as well as the most amazing and huge lemon and blueberry scone which was accompanied by lemon curd and clotted cream. Crisps on the side and a large slice of whichever cake was on display. Mum chose the coffee and caramel cake while my daughter and I chose the apple crumble cake. All home made and it shows ❤️ we could not finish it all so all had a box of food to bring home. I can't wait for an excuse to go again.

Called in here while we were out for a walk. It was quite busy and we hadn't booked. The lady sat us down and I ordered a ham and cheese toastie with a latte. My partner said she didn't want anything as she would have some of mine To my astonishment they came out of the kitchen with 2 plates with the toastie shared. What a great surprise and so beautifully presented. Huge cup for the latte which defeated me which is unusual 🤗😊 Overall happy and great staff Great value Clean Indoor and outdoor seating 5 stars from me Definitely worth booking in advance

Had a coffee and homemade cake stop at the Flamingo's Teapot today. The coffee (Decaf latte) was delicious and in a huge cup. But the scones had recently come out of the oven, totally gorgeous. Served with jam.and clotted cream. Spoke with the owner who informed us of how all the food is freshly prepared and cakes, brownies, scones etc all homemade. There were so many to choose from (but had to purchase more for later 😋) We have booked for afternoon tea and a ploughman's for later in the year. Can't wait to go again. Highly recommend for those people wanting to sample delicious homemade food and keep local people in business.

Absolutely lovely tearoom. Food is always delicious, the tea selection is incredible and there's any type of coffee flavour you could wish for! Always a cosy atmosphere inside and the staff is happy to chat. I go there almost weekly now.

My daughter, granddaughter and me had lunch here. The salads are amazing and the service is outstanding. Lots of other tasty things to choose from on the menu. The owner is just so lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend we will definitely be back. Felt very relaxed, it has lovely decor you can see time and thought has gone into it.
