Really busy when we called in Spotlessly clean and tidy The lady who was on cleaning duties never stopped she ensured everything was topped up and tables cleared immediately. Not overly impressed with the heat of the Burger but that's a small point might have been my delay and not theirs. Very quick service considering how busy they were. Coffee nice and hot. I would not hesitate in using this outlet again.

Not really impressed with this branch. They are advertised as open 24/7 but it is always hit and miss weather they are open. Apps and website never get updated and they also close early compared to their signs. Normally you turn up to find the entrance for cars coned off and a sign on the door. It is always hit and miss visiting this branch. I would not be as angry if this multi million pound company can invest in getting their apps and web site updated when they have to close early to stop people arriving thinking they are open Don't bother complaining as you just get ignored.

Stopped off here having dropped people at Gatwick airport. It is very convenient for this, being on the exit road from the south Terminal. Food was the normal for McDonald's, though I had the special offer BBQ bacon stack burger which was excellent. The Covid arrangements were great, with a greeter at the entrance to explain the process. I took the option for table delivery, and not only was this quick and fast, but the charming Irene, who brought it over also got me sauces. I saw she also took good care of two families with young children who came in around the same time. Top job, and good service all round.

Ordered two meals in the restaurant and both meals were not what we ordered, contacted the store and got given a free meal but even that was made wrong but then finally was how we wanted our meal but this wasn’t the only time of having a bad experience there. The second experience was when we pulled up to the drive-thru collection window after ordering off the breakfast menu, after receiving our food the member of staff on duty on the window at 10:55am reached into the drivers window of our car and grabbed my partners arm just as we were about to drive off, I find this extremely rude something needs to be done about that member of staff

I don’t even think this place deserves a star at all. The food you order is either barely classed as food or nonexistent. I can’t seem to see how someone can forget a 20 nuggets to a meal with just nuggets, a drink and a Mcflurry. This would be fine if it was a once in a while experience but a constant issue?

I would give them 0 stars if i could. a good 15 people were waiting for their food before us and some saying they waited over half an hour. We asked to make some changes to our burgers and they refused although the manager agreed to do it. no other mcdz is that bad. the staff were clearly not happy and one in particular seemed quite aggressive. at the end of all that, the food was disappointing
