3 takeaways within a week, it's my favourite and trusted restaurant in London for chicken. I like the garlic sauce and peri peri fries. Really nice place to eat in as well. Please improve the way tables and sauces are managed, few times I found sauce bottles dirty and sticky at this location. Also staff member gave me someone else order.

We had peri peri chicken and a Mediterranean salad with chicken. Deliciously cooked with all the necessary ingredients. The food here is worth a penny!

Nando's was my first restaurant in the UK and it didn't disappoint. The chicken at nando's is grilled to perfection. the ambience is elegantly funky. Their sauces are quite exquisite and have a distinct flavour. luckily I can purchase them from a retail score!
The best place for an eat in. Never disappointed me over time❤ its affordable aswell. My must have meal atleast once a month. Great staff amd surrounding. Best date place ever!!!
One of the busiest, over crowded places to dine in Hounslow. I went there with some of my friends on a weekend and found it was house full. Fortunately, we only had to wait roughly around 10 minutes to be seated. Looks like they have re-arranged seatings and it doesn't look very appealing anymore.
We ordered, full chicken sharing platter meal with 4 small sides and a chicken liver meal. Meals are very delicious (as usual) and reasonably sized. Then we had frozen iced yoghurt (bottom less) and some nuts, which is yummy too.
If you are in a rush, and want to spend a cosy, quiet time with whoever you go, I would just avoid this place (depends on how buys the restaurant is). The tidiness of the restaurant could be improved. I would love to visit again for a meal as I love Nandos. Thank you..
As a general experience, Nando's stores are always full of people. We experienced the same thing again. Chicken has a great taste but I couldn't be able to hear anything because of the voice. That's a minus.

Exploring Western London, we settled to have our meal over here. I had heard about nando's as a kid and obviously always wanted to try it out. The prego beef steak is an absolute must. The beef so succulent, you will just want to chew on it till eternity. The peri peri chicken is divine as well. The sides such as chips, garlic bread and mashed cream are not to bad as well. The widespread of sauces are something to remember about this place. It's more of a self service kind of arrangement. But the staff that is there is extra friendly and courteous. You can also avail of the nando's card which gives you points, and after three meals you can indulge in free appetisers and can even go upto free meals with sufficient "chilli's"
With very delicious food and succulent chicken with brilliant flavours, this place is packed on the weekend. Which leads to a mix in service.. I encountered an extremely long waiting time (around an hour or more) and a few mishaps with orders as well as slightly un-friendly staff which puts my rating down. The food is still the one factor to love about Nandos and it's undoubtable great :D
The restaurant has a lot of seating but it can get full pretty quickly. The staff is welcoming and really friendly. Apart from the ordering system (which is at the counter), the rest is self service - cutlery, drink refills, if you have any leftovers to pack, etc.
Hummus with PERI PERI drizzle was really nice. The chicken is always tender but I felt the Hot was more like a Medium here.
Full meal or quick snack, Nando's is cheap and delicious ! The deadly combination !
Brilliant evening, manager Kareem was exceptional, a tiny issue and he resolved it perfectly. Such a helpful, thoughtful man. A great asset to the team here and good food too!
my favourite chicken pricey but definitely can't complain about the quality. service very good you order on the app and they bring it to the table. overall happy with the experience.
The interior is quite spacious and cosy at the same time, the artwork is also very unique.
The staff was also friendly and vey welcoming. And of course, the food was absolutely delicious 😋 The new BBQ and garlic chicken is definitely a must try, it was also well cooked and they were very generous with our chips too.
Will definitely be visiting again soon!
Great Nandos with a brilliant chef who cooks the chicken to absolute juicy perfection.
We had to wait quite a while for our drinks (we got them after our food arrived around 20 minutes after ordering) however and where then served one drink that was not alcoholic by a server who was unable to touch alcohol.
As a note of improvement perhaps it would be more ideal for the server to not be serving drinks as it slows down the entire process when one person goes to serve drinks and then another person has to bring the alcoholic drinks it's two trips that could be done in one.
Religion and religious freedom must be respected absolutely but perhaps a process could be brought in as it can't be nice for the server having to apologise for not being able to bring all the drinks and then having to ask a colleague to bring them.
Best Nando's experience we had. Staff was really nice and waited for us to finish off our food even when it was past closing time. We ordered family platter which is enough for 4-6 people with lots of side dishes. It was cooked to perfection and we enjoyed our meal.
It's good.. But parking is tricky.. Very difficult to get a spot! This Nando’s and the one in feltham is halal, not all the Nando’s are Halal. I’m a huge fan of full chicken, sides, starters. ❤️ the chicken here. There order is fully automated, you need to order online once you get a seat even if you are dining in. They offer bottomless drinks, desserts are very limited. Claudia served us and she was very enthusiastic and super friendly
Went in for a quick cheeky Nandos, chicken tasted odd, I couldn't really put my finger on it. The atmosphere is pretty loud when busy and unfortunately it was at the time I went. But I would say it's a decent place and just meets ur regular basic Nandos experience.

Was craving it so bad for almost a year and had to eat it when i landed In London. Service was quick and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend the Smoked Churrasco

It's Nandos and it's a good one. Been going here for years and never came away with a frown. To all the fancy pants who want to go to Park Royal/Kingston/Staines, you are not going to a better Nando's. These guys are amazing.
